A half kilo of our finest biltong, not hard, not soft, just chompable. It’s different from our usual in that it’s not all uniformly sized pieces, that’s why we can offer it at this price. Keep it loosely wrapped in the fridge and it will last the month, unless it gets eaten of course.

Cuts of fillet of wild roe, cured in UK sea salt then dried with a marinade of UK apple Balsamic vinegar, roasted coriander seeds and black pepper. A classic. Yieldingly fresh. Will get harder if left in the fridge
