We use freshly zested orange and orange juice, fresh garlic and toasted fennel seeds to make this beautiful salami. This is one of our best-sellers and because it’s inspired by Northern Italy, try it with a Lambrusco – not fashionable, but fabulous. We like the red one with this salami

Hand-tied with plant-based string, no metal here

This salami is the same size as those you see in the markets, enough for a big lavish plate, and if allowing 20g per person per serving there will be at least 10 portions when sliced carefully

Store it in the fridge loosely wrapped, and best within 3 weeks of arrival
