A half kilo of our finest biltong, not hard, not soft, just chomp-able. It’s different from our usual in that it’s not all uniformly sized pieces, that’s why we can offer it at this price. Keep it loosely wrapped in the fridge and it will last the month, unless it gets eaten of course. Whole pieces from 25g, handy pocket size, up to 45g, the biltong will get harder through the month and the taste will change from sweet to umami

This is a true taste of the wild, our spicing enhances the natural rich deep flavour of the roe venison, which has feasted on all all the goodness of the countryside, including young trees !

Cuts of fillet of wild roe, cured in European sea salt then dried with a marinade of UK apple Balsamic vinegar, roasted coriander seeds and black pepper. A classic. Yieldingly fresh.
